Welcome to the Heather O’Rourke Memorial Site

HeatherORourke.net

Three movies. One made for TV Special. Eight TV appearences. Dozens of commerials. Many talents. One fleeting life. One tragic day. One Angel. One Legend. Hundreds of photos, stories, and memoribillia. Millions of fans she never knew she had. Millions of hearts she never knew she touched.

This site immortalizes the many faces, the life, death, and tributes to, of, and for Heather O’Rourke. (December 27, 1975 – February 1, 1988)

We all know the condition that took Heather away from this world.

What I want to know is if there was ever a foundation or charity or organization in Heather O’Rourke’s name to help children and infants and their families understand this inborn defect and cope with loss or unsuccessful treatments and that provides the necessary surgical treatment to save their lives???

In coping, this would also include spiritual and legal kinds.

If there is already one under a different name, why? Why not use Heather’s image, memoribillia, movies, etc to save lives of children like her who happen to be born ticking time bombs in their intestinal track that need to be shut off?
