That's the truth. I mean think about it, if, god forbid, your family suffers a huge loss like that, would you want your family to drift apart? I wouldn't want my family to do that.

Families come apart for lots of different reasons. I'm sure that there were other reasons Kathleen and Jim split up. Remember that Jim had two other daughters he neglected to pay child support on. Those details came out to the public just days after Heather's passing. I'm guessing Kathleen and Tammy never knew about that until his ex-wife filed a lawsuit. That kind of deception hurts. I don't think it was just because Heather passed.
