Looks like Heather's dad was involved in this suit as well. I didn't know that originally.

Thanks for that information. Her dad and the whole family must have loved Heather so much, she was a beautiful and lovely little child.

It's truely sad what happened to Heather .. But I try & stay happy knowing that Heather is with the Angels & some day be able to see her again!

A malpractice lawsuit is one of a doctor's worst nightmares. I''ll always be on the O'Rourke side, but I can't imagine the guilt I'd feel if I misdiagnosed Heather.

I'd feel a huge amount of guilt and shame if I had been the doctor who misdiagnosed Heather's condition. But you can't help but think, why didn't they catch it in time?

Exactly. She went to the doctor several times, and even if Heather didn't complain they should look what the problem really was.
