Dream: Went back in time (long post)

I'll try to keep it brief.
In my dream, someone posted a long lost tv show (starring Heather) on youtube. I can't recall the name or plot of the show but the setting resembled her "Our House" episode.
Instead of loading the video directly from a vcr/or dvd, the poster had loaded it from his camera, and at some point pulled the camera back from the tv so you could see the rest of his living room. As this continued I noticed that the poster's tv, phone, and furniture looked much like they'd come from the 80's. The idea that the poster had gone back in time occured to me, especially when I looked around only to realize that I was in that same 80's living room.
But I wasn't surprised that I'd gone back in time; In fact, I remember thinking that this had happened before and before long I'd be back in my time (much like a dream). But, like waking from a fog, I realized that I could warn Heather's family about her then unknown defect. I wasn't sure far I was in time, after all, I didn't want to be too early or late. I was also wondering how to go about it, or (even how to get there). I'd say that I was psychic. While I didn't want to lie, claiming to be a psychic would at least be more believable than a time traveler. I could be like Tangina. ;))
The next part of the dream is fuzzy. I got there by Saturday, knocked on the door and immediately talked to Kathleen. It was a brief visit, I tried to calmly (but w/ conviction) explain Heather's intestinal stenosis and that she needed to see a doctor right away, and I left.
The dream skipped forward again and I remember them catching up to me sometime later (days, weeks, months later? not sure). They thanked me; they hugged me, and I noticed that Heather looked healthy (although I don't remember exactly what she looked like or what she wore, etc, I was just happy to see that everything had turned out well).
Time doesn't usually jump like this for me in dreams, but it jumped 2 or 3 years ahead-just as I was getting a letter from Heather. As I was opening it I began to worry that maybe I'd done the wrong thing. What if I'd interfered w/ Fate and she was miserable and doing horrible. I'd never really worried about such things (better to do good than look the other way) but those doubts came to me then. I opened the letter and was relieved to see that she was doing great. She'd just finished a movie and it was well received. She had a book that was being published. I scanned the synapse; her fictional book was set sometime in the early 1900's, and followed the lives and adventures of the kids of a queen, as they wandered through their mansion. Imagine Narnia starring Queen Elizabeth. :P
The dream seems long but it skipped around a lot and some parts were fuzzy while others seemed vivid.
It's rare that I remember that many details of a dream.
Cliff notes: While watching a rare tv show of Heather I went back in time. I end up in Heather's town just in time to warn them of her condition.

nice dream.... they have a fan site of Tiffany Brissette (child actress from Small Wonders she played Viki the robot kid) and she hasn't really
been in anything since she was a child star and she's not acting she's a nanny now. So maybe we would have a fan site of Heather if she was still alive.
