Hi tammy,
Didnt heather enter a beauty pageant 1 time?
Or a neighberhood beauty pageant,cozz of this pic where it says queen on her sash,I am sure heather would of won many of them,with her beauty and talent!

And do you still have the dress heather is wearing in this pic,i would love to buy it if its for sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
